Computers and Internet are under-utilized
(a) The power of new technology can be priceless, making its purchase price an inestimable bargain in most cases.
(b) Yet technology is not a panacea. It cannot replace the importance of face-to-face individual exchanges.
(c) The use of technology is still replete with the caveat of “garbage in equal garbage out”.
A practical balance must be arrived at between the use of and the utility of technology in the workplace.
