What you can do now for free

Call a ½-day group meeting to decide on and address the most appropriate product that can be updated. Appropriate means that (i) its upgrading can be done quickly, (ii) relatively inexpensively and (iii) that the product is still in demand. Work out an action plan accompanied by an action list. Of ‘what’, ‘who’ and ‘by when’.

What you can do now for a low cost

Learn about Action Lists in Volume VIII.

A quick fix to a company that may be in decline, usually at the Contentment or Nobility stage of evolution, can be found in Volume III, Chapter 14.

A more serious fix will be found in Volume IV.

What CCCC feels you should really do

Take a very deep look at the company’s issues to resolve the problems that are really causing the damage that, if unattended, will only get worse. This is done with a self-designed 3-day strategic shake-up, the Strategic Alignment Retreat (SAR).
