Do not know what the competition is doing

Some great entrepreneurs, such as the head of the highly successful 1-800-got-junk company, say that they do not care about the competition but only about what they themselves can and should do. However, knowledge is always power, so, for most people, lack of information remains a legitimate concern. In this time of Google search, it is hard to understand why one cannot find such information. Perhaps the issue really is, “No one around here takes the time to find out what the competition is doing.”
